TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
  2. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  3. Travel Dream Hub reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the stipulated time.




  1. PAYMENT POLICY
  2. • 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  3. • Balance payment must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
  4. • 100% payment must be cleared before the commencement of travel.
  5. • Services may be suspended or cancelled in case of non-payment.






  1. PRICE VALIDITY
  2. • Quoted rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  3. • Airfares, hotel rates, visa fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, and government levies are subject to change without prior notice.


  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  2. • Cancellation charges shall apply as per airline, hotel, transport, cruise, activity, and vendor policies.
  3. • Service charges and non-refundable deposits shall not be refunded.
  4. • Refund timelines depend upon the respective service providers.




  1. NO-SHOW & MISSED SERVICES
  2. • Failure to utilize any booked service shall be treated as a no-show.
  3. • No refund, adjustment, transfer, or rescheduling shall be provided for unused services.
  4. • Additional costs arising from changes requested by the guest shall be borne by the guest.




  1. HOTEL POLICY
  2. • Standard check-in and check-out timings shall apply.
  3. • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  4. • Hotels may require security deposits directly from guests.



  1. FLIGHT & TRANSPORT POLICY
  2. • Flight schedules are subject to airline operational changes.
  3. • Travel Dream Hub shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage issues, or schedule changes by airlines or transport providers.
  4. • Guests must report at airports, railway stations, and departure points within the prescribed reporting time.



VISA & PASSPORT POLICY (INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL)

  1. • Guests are responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.
  2. • Travel Dream Hub acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee visa approval.
  3. • Visa rejection, delay, or cancellation shall not constitute grounds for refund.



TRAVEL INSURANCE

  1. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international tours.
  2. • Guests are advised to obtain coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.



FORCE MAJEURE

  1. • Travel Dream Hub shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or alteration caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, war, civil disturbances, government restrictions, weather conditions, or any event beyond its control.



HEALTH & FITNESS

  1. • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the tour.
  2. • Any medical expenses incurred during travel shall be borne by the guest.



RESPONSIBILITY OF GUEST

  1. Guests shall maintain proper conduct throughout the tour.
  2. Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, cruise facilities, or public property shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.



LIABILITY LIMITATION

  1. • Travel Dream Hub acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
  2. • The company shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses caused by third-party service providers.




SPECIAL REQUESTS

  1. • Requests such as adjoining rooms, specific room views, dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance, or special arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


DOCUMENTATION

  1. • Guests are responsible for verifying all travel documents, names, dates, and itinerary details before departure.
  2. • Any correction charges shall be borne by the guest.


REFUND POLICY

  1. • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed only after receipt from the concerned service provider.
  2. • Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.



JURISDICTION

  1. • Any dispute arising out of bookings made through Travel Dream Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. • Payment of any amount towards the booking shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
